Briefly and in plain words: what we collect, what for and for how long.

What we collect
We do not collect anything just in case. Only what you give us, and what the server records:
- Forms: name, e-mail, phone, date, number of guests and your message — whatever you enter in a group or event enquiry.
- Newsletter: the e-mail address and the date you signed up. Nothing else.
- Server logs: IP address and request time — recorded by the hosting, used to detect abuse and limit form spam.
What for
To answer your enquiry, prepare a menu proposal and send the newsletter if you signed up for it. We do not profile and we do not sell data.
For how long
Group and event enquiries are kept until the matter is closed and for the period required by accounting rules. A newsletter address — until you unsubscribe.
Who we pass it to
Some things happen in external tools embedded on the site. Each has its own privacy policy:
- TheFork — table bookings. Booking data goes to TheFork, not to us.
- Bonkdo — the voucher shop. Payment and buyer data are handled by Bonkdo.
- Embargo App — delivery orders and the loyalty programme.
- OpenStreetMap — the map. Loading it passes your IP address to OpenStreetMap.
- Google (Analytics, Ads) — visit statistics (Google Analytics 4) and campaign conversion measurement (Google Ads). The forms pass no name, e-mail or phone number to Google.
Cookies
We split them into three categories. You can change your consent at any time:
- Necessary — the PHP session, language choice and the token that protects forms from abuse. Always on, because the site will not work without them.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode v2: until you consent it runs without cookies or identifiers; after consent it stores analytics cookies to count visits.
- Marketing — Google advertising consents (Consent Mode) for measuring Google Ads campaign conversions. They stay off without your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing and object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority.
